Change User ID
The Change User ID page is used to change your Online Banking user ID. This user ID is used to access your account information online and can be changed at any time.
You can access the Change User ID page by clicking the Change user ID link on the Customer Service
menu.
- From your navigation links, click the Change user
ID link.
Result: The Change User ID page is displayed
- Enter a new user
ID. Note: Several requirements for entering user IDs are displayed below the New user ID field. As you complete each requirement, the arrow next to the requirement changes to a green checkmark in a circle and the count is increased by one.
- Enter the new user ID again in the Confirm new user ID field.
- Click Submit.
Result: The Change User ID Confirmation page is displayed.
