Message Detail
The Message Detail page displays the contents of a message from us. If a file is attached to the message, you can view, save, or print the file. In addition to reading the message, you can reply to the message or delete it from this page.
You can access the
Message Detail
page
by clicking the subject line of a message on the
View
Messages
page.
- Click
Customer Service
menu.
Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.
- Click the
View
Messages
link.
Result: The View Messages page is displayed.
- Click the subject line of
the message you want to read.
Result: The Message Detail page is displayed.
- Read the message.
- If a file is attached to the message, you can view, save, or print the
attached file.
- Click the file icon.
- Follow the prompts.
- To reply to the message,
click Reply.
Note: To send us a new message, click Contact Us from the Customer Service page.
Result: The Reply to Message page is displayed.
To view another message, click Return to View Messages.
