Change Document Delivery Method

The Change Document Delivery Method page is used to select the delivery method for your account statements, account notices, and tax forms.

You can access the Change Document Delivery method page by clicking the Change Document Delivery Method link on the Customer Service Index page.
  1. Click the Customer Service tab.

    Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.

  2. Click Change Document Delivery Method.

    Result: The Change Document Delivery Method page is displayed.

    Note: If you have not yet enrolled in online documents, the Add Online Documents page is displayed.
  3. Select a delivery method for the available accounts and/or select a delivery method for tax forms.
    Note: When you change the delivery method to Paper for an account statement or account notice, your statements or notices for the selected accounts will no longer be viewable online. When you change the delivery method to Paper for tax forms, your tax forms will no longer be viewable online.
  4. If you change any delivery method to Online, do the following:
    1. Review the Service Agreement and Disclosure.
      Note: If required, follow the instructions for downloading Adobe Acrobat software.
    2. Click the "I have read and agree to the terms of the Service Agreement and Disclosure" box.
  5. Click Submit.

    Result: The Change Document Delivery Method confirmation page is displayed.

Typically, these changes take effect when your next statement, notice, or tax form is produced. You will receive an e-mail when a new document is available online.
