Access Online Customer Service & Alerts

The Customer Service & Alerts screen provides direct access to the account and customer service options you have available online, including:
  • Changing Online Banking access information like your Password or User ID
  • Changing your Account Preferences
  • Stopping checks
  • Ordering checks
  • Adding or changing contact information like your e-mail address
  • Viewing messages and adding alerts
You can also view demos and tutorials, learn about paying your bills online, and learn about protecting your identity online.
  1. Click Customer Service & Alerts menu.

    Result: The Customer Service & Alerts screen is displayed.

  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Change Password
    • Change User ID
    • Manage Contact Information
    • Change Current Mailing Address
    • Account Preferences
    • Change your Online Statement Preferences
    • View Online Banking Messages
    • Contact M&I
    • Manage Alerts
    • Stop Check Requests
    • View Stopped Checks
    • Order Checks
