Contact M&I

The Contact M&I screen is used to send us an Online Banking Message.

You can access the Contact M&I screen by clicking Contact M&I on the Customer Service & Alerts screen.
  1. Click Customer Service & Alerts menu.

    Result: The Customer Service & Alerts screen is displayed.

  2. Click Contact M&I.

    Result: The Contact M&I screen is displayed.

  3. Select the subject of your message.
  4. If the message is about a specific account, select the account.
  5. To attach a file to the message:
    1. Click the Upload File icon.

      Result: The Choose File to Upload dialog box is displayed.

    2. Navigate to the file to be attached and click Open.

      The file is attached to the message.

  6. Enter the message.
  7. Click Send Message.

    Result: Your message is sent and the My Online Banking Messages screen is displayed.
