View My Online Banking Messages
The My Online Banking Messages screen lists all messages we have sent you. You can either view a message or delete one from this screen. You can also view which messages have a file attached to them.
You can access the
My Online Banking Messages
screen
by clicking the
View Online Banking Messages
link on the
Customer Service & Alerts
screen.
- Click
Customer Service & Alerts
menu.
Result: The Customer Service & Alerts screen is displayed.
- Click the
View Online Banking Messages
link.
Result: The My Online Banking Messages screen is displayed.
- To read a message, click
the subject line.
Result: The View My Online Banking Message screen is displayed.
- To delete messages, click
the checkbox next to the messages you want to delete and click
Delete Message(s).
Then click OK to confirm that you want to delete the message.
Result: The My Online Banking Messages screen is redisplayed.
