View My Online Banking Messages

The My Online Banking Messages screen lists all messages we have sent you. You can either view a message or delete one from this screen. You can also view which messages have a file attached to them.

You can access the My Online Banking Messages screen by clicking the View Online Banking Messages link on the Customer Service & Alerts screen.
  1. Click Customer Service & Alerts menu.

    Result: The Customer Service & Alerts screen is displayed.

  2. Click the View Online Banking Messages link.

    Result: The My Online Banking Messages screen is displayed.

  3. To read a message, click the subject line.

    Result: The View My Online Banking Message screen is displayed.

  4. To delete messages, click the checkbox next to the messages you want to delete and click Delete Message(s). Then click OK to confirm that you want to delete the message.

    Result: The My Online Banking Messages screen is redisplayed.
