Recurring transfers are funds transfers between an account you have with our financial institution and an account with another financial institution that you want to repeat at regular intervals.

What transfers are listed on the Scheduled External Transfers page?

Listed on this page are scheduled transfers between an active account you have with our financial organization and an account with another financial institution. All single transfers are listed. For recurring transfers, the next scheduled transfer is listed.

What if I need to change the external transfer?

Go to the Scheduled External Transfers page. If the transfer is listed on this page, it can be changed. Just click Edit for the transfer you want to change.

How do I know if a scheduled external transfer has been processed?

Check the Account Activity page the business day after the external transfer was scheduled to be processed.

How many times can a recurring external transfer occur?

That depends on the option you select. You can choose to have external transfers continue indefinitely, continue until a specific date, or continue for up to 99 transfers.
