Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment

The Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment page is used to make a recurring, or repeating, payment for credit cards we've issued.

You can access the Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment page by clicking Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment.
  1. From your navigation links, click Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment.

    Result: The Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment page is displayed.

  2. Select the Pay From account from which you want to pay the credit card payment.
  3. Select the Pay To credit card account you want to pay.
  4. Indicate when you want to pay the credit card. Choose one of the following options:
    • Make a Payment Every Statement Due Date. Used to make the payment on the due date listed on your credit card statement.
    • Make a Payment Based on a Different Frequency. Used to make the payment at a different interval than the next due date listed on your credit card statement.
  5. If you are making a payment every statement due date, select the amount that you want to pay using one of the following options:
    • This Amount. Used to pay the exact amount that you enter.
    • Percentage of Monthly Statement Balance. Used to pay the percentage of the total amount owed on the credit card.
    • Statement Minimum Amount Due. Used to pay the minimum amount listed on your credit card statement.
    • Statement Full Amount Due. Used to pay the total amount listed on your credit card statement.
  6. If you are making payments based on a different frequency, complete the following:
    • Frequency. Select how often that you want to make the credit card payment. Options include: Annually, Biweekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, Twice a month, and Weekly.
      Note: A Twice-a-month payment is processed on the Payment Start Date and approximately every 15 days thereafter. Scheduled payment dates that occur on holidays and/or weekends are processed the following business day. There may be more, or less, than 2, twice-a-month payments in some months depending on the payment start date, length of the month, and whether the scheduled date falls on a holiday or weekend.
    • Amount. Enter the payment amount.
    • Start On. Enter the first date that you want to make a credit card payment. It can be today's date or date in the future. This date is used to determine when the other future payments are made. The date format is MM/DD/CCYY.
  7. Indicate how long that you want to pay the credit card. Choose one of the following options:
    • Continue Payments Indefinitely. Payments will continue to be made until you either change this option or delete the recurring payment.
    • Continue Payments Until This Date. Payments are made until the date entered. The date format is MM/DD/CCYY.
      Note: You must select an end date that is consistent with the payment frequency you've selected.
    • Complete This Number of Payments. The number of payments entered are made.
  8. Click Continue.

    Result: The Make a Recurring Payment Preview page is displayed.

  9. Review the payment details. If correct, click Submit Payment.
    Note: If you need to change the payment details, click Edit.

    Result: The payment is submitted and the Make a Recurring Credit Card Payment Confirmation page is displayed.

  10. Note the Confirmation ID for your records.

The credit card payment is scheduled to be paid on the dates indicated.
