What transfers are listed on the Scheduled Transfers page?

All scheduled transfers between active accounts at our financial organization are listed on this page. All scheduled single transfers are listed. For repeating transfers, the next scheduled transfer is listed.

How do I view transfers that have already been processed?

By viewing the Account Activity page for the account. Completed transfers are listed the business day after they are processed.

How do I set up a repeating transfer to be made at the end of the month?

Use a Start On date of the last day of the month. For example, a repeating transfer with a Start On Date of 6/30 will cause transfers to be made on 7/30, 9/30, and 2/28 and a repeating transfer with a Start On Date of 7/31, will cause transfers to be made on 8/31, 9/30 and 2/28. Please note that when scheduled transfer dates fall on a holiday or weekend, they are made the next business day.

What if I need to change the transfer?

Go to the Scheduled Transfers page. If the transfer is listed on this page, it can be changed. Just click Edit for the transfer that you want to change.

How do I know if a scheduled transfer has been processed?

You can add an alert to automatically notify you when a transfer has been processed successfully. You will receive an alert automatically when a scheduled transfer fails to be processed.

Can I change a single transfer to a repeating transfer?

No, but you could delete the single transfer and then set up a repeating transfer.

Can I view deleted transfers?

No. Only scheduled transfers and transfers that have been processed can be viewed online.

Can I delete only the next transfer?

No, but you can edit the repeating transfer and change the Start On date to start after the transfer that you want to skip.

How do I view transfers between accounts I have with your financial organization?

You can view these scheduled transfers by viewing the Scheduled Transfers page.
