Why would I customize an account description?
To make it easier to identify one account from another. You may want to
customize the description to include its purpose or the type of transactions
for which it is commonly used. The description you enter is used when the
account is listed online.
Why isn't the Use for Bill Payment option listed next to each of my
accounts?
Not all accounts can be used to pay bills online. If you run into this
situation, you can always transfer funds from any of your other accounts into
an account that can be used to pay bills.
