Online Banking Enrollment
Setting up Online Banking takes only minutes and is four easy steps:
  1. Confirm your identity.
  2. Create your User ID and Password.
  3. Confirm Bill Payment.
  4. Confirm Online Statements.
If you select one of the following account types and our system is able to confirm the information you supply on the Enrollment Forms that follow, you will receive instant access to your account(s) online.
First Midwest ATM or Banking Card
You will need your card number and personal identification number (PIN) to sign up.
First Midwest Checking, Savings or Money Market Account
You will need your account number and last statement balance to sign up.
First Midwest Installment Loan (Home Equity, Personal, or Auto)
You will need your account number, last payment amount and original principal amount to sign up.
Verification Questions
You will be asked to answer questions derived from public or commercially available records.

Note: We do not keep a record of these questions or the answers you provide.
If you select one of the following account types, we will collect your information today and our Client Services area will activate Online Banking for you within two (2) business days. Once activated, we will send you an e-mail letting you know that Online Banking is ready for you to use.

First Midwest Certificate of Deposit (CD)
First Midwest Mortgage
