View Account Information
The Account Information screen displays additional account information. This information is different for each type of account you select.
You can access the Account Information screen by clicking the Account Information link on the
Account Activity screen.
- Click Accounts.
Result: The Accounts menu is displayed.
- Click
Accounts in the left navigation.
Result: The Accounts Overview screen is displayed.
- Click the account description.
Result: For some loans, the Account Information screen is displayed. For all other account types, the Account Activity screen is displayed.
- If the Account Activity screen was displayed in Step 3, click the
Account Information link.
Result: The Account Information screen is displayed.
Note: For new accounts, the Last Statement APY Earned shows a zero percentage until after the first statement is processed. For existing accounts, the Last Statement APY Earned shows a zero percentage if the APY calculation for the statement period results in zero.
