Download Processed Transactions
The Download Processed Transactions screen is used to download transactions to your local computer for use in other applications, such as Quicken®, Microsoft® Money, or Microsoft® Excel.
You can access the
Download Processed Transactions
screen
by clicking
Download Transactions
on the Accounts menu.
- Click
Accounts.
Result: The Accounts menu is displayed.
- Click
Download Transactions
in the left navigation.
Result: The Download Processed Transactions screen is displayed.
- Select the account for which you want to download transactions.
- Enter a from date and a to date to specify the date range of the transactions you want to download.
- Select the file format
type you want the transactions to be downloaded into.
- Quicken® 2004 and newer. Uses Web Connect to download the transactions to your local computer. Follow the prompts to launch the application and save the file.
- Microsoft® Money. Creates an Active Statement to download directly to Microsoft® Money on your local computer. Follow the prompts to launch the application and save the file. Microsoft® Money is not available for Mac users.
- QIF. Downloads the transactions to your local computer as a Quicken®-format file (.QIF) that can be used with Quicken® 2003 and earlier versions. You can only download one account at a time using a .QIF file. Quicken®-format files (.QIF) cannot be used to import information into Quicken® 2005.
- CSV. Downloads the transactions to your local computer as a comma separated values file format for use in spreadsheet programs. For Windows customers, the comma separated values file format can be used with any spreadsheet program. For Macintosh customers, this file format can only be used with Microsoft® Excel.
- Click Download
Transactions.
Result: The download file is created in the format specified and a File Download dialog message is displayed giving you the option to either open the file or save it to your computer.
