Change a Bill Payment E-mail Alert

  1. From the list of people and businesses you pay on the Make Payments screen, click the appropriate name.

    Result: A window with a listing of tasks appears.

  2. Click View/Change Payee Details.

    Result: The Payee Details screen appears.

  3. Within the E-mail Notifications section, click the "Change" link.

    Result: The Change E-mail Notifications screen appears.

  4. Select when you want to receive alerts, and click Save changes.

    Result: A confirmation screen appears with the alerts that you've selected.
